COOPERATION MODELS

Three routes. One accountable factory.

Choose the route that matches how much of the product direction is already decided. Every route ends in the same controlled production line.

01

OEM · Client-Led

You bring the reference shoe, tech pack or full specification. We replicate construction, lock materials through engineered polyether PU soles and refine fit with precision last tuning.

  • Reference-based replication
  • Material & construction matching
  • Buyer-owned specifications
02

ODM · Design-Led

You bring the market gap, sketch or moodboard. Our development team structures the idea into a sample-ready brief with last, sole and material proposals.

  • In-house design development
  • Last & sole engineering proposals
  • Market-positioned material packages
03

Private Label

Start from a proven SHARK base model, then customize colorways, upper materials, logo embossing, labels, hardware and packaging.

  • Proven base models
  • Private logo embossing & branding
  • Fast route to first order

R&D SAMPLING · BULK QC

100% sample cost refundable against bulk orders.

Every project starts with a physical prototype in 7–12 days. Once the sample is signed off and the bulk order is confirmed, the full sample cost is credited back — your development risk stays at zero.

  • 7–12 day prototypingPhysical sample with fitting notes, color standard and material swatches.
  • Sign-off before productionThe approved sample becomes the binding production reference.
  • AQL 2.5 inspectionIn-line and final random inspection documented before every shipment.

STANDARD PROJECT FLOW

Four checkpoints. No surprises.

Each stage produces an agreed output before the next one begins — the discipline behind repeatable bulk quality.

  1. Step 1

    Tech Pack Review

We review your tech pack, reference samples or sketches for construction feasibility, materials, tooling, target cost and timing.

  2. Step 2

    Prototyping & Sign-Off

A physical prototype in 7–12 days. Fit, appearance, materials, colors and branding are refined until you sign off the golden sample.

  3. Step 3

    Inline Bulk Production

Cutting, stitching, assembly and finishing run against the approved reference, with in-process checkpoints at every stage.

  4. Step 4

    AQL 2.5 QC & Shipping

Final random inspection to AQL 2.5, documented packing and carton marks, then dispatch with the agreed inspection documents.

MATERIALS & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Specified materials. Proven performance.

Material claims are confirmed against the approved sample and documented test requirements — never marketing language.

Engineered Polyether PU Soles

Our core sole direction uses polyether-based PU with strong hydrolysis resistance — critical for humid climates, long sea freight and warehouse storage. Density, rebound and outsole pairing are tuned by model and target market.

Cow Suede & Shearling Standards

Uppers are graded by hand: cow suede is selected for nap consistency and colorfastness, while shearling-style linings are checked for density, bonding strength and shed resistance before cutting.

AQL 2.5 Inspection Standard

Every bulk lot passes a documented AQL 2.5 final random inspection covering workmanship, measurement, bonding, color consistency and packing. Reports are shared before shipment.

Attach your tech pack or reference files. Material and outsole options can be reviewed as swatches before sampling.

  • 7–12 day prototyping after brief review
  • 100% sample cost refundable against bulk orders
  • NDA-friendly handling of your designs
Attach your Tech Pack (optional) PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP. Files are stored privately and reviewed only by the development team.

BULK & REPEAT ORDERS

Ready for production, or reconnecting a repeat SKU?

Bring the approved model, quantity, destination and target date. Repeat orders move fastest when you include the previous PO or SKU and a clear list of what stays the same or changes.
