MATERIALS & SPECIFICATIONS
Engineered materials, specified and proven.
Polyether PU hydrolysis resistance, cow suede and shearling selection standards — documented by model before production.

The difference underneath
Engineered polyether PU: lighter, flexible, hydrolysis-resistant.
Our core direction uses engineered polyether PU soles instead of a traditional cork footbed—giving buyers a flexible, contemporary construction with strong hydrolysis resistance for humid climates and long sea freight.
Built to adaptDensity, color, finish and outsole specifications can be developed by model.
Made for real marketsOptions for warm climates, winter lining and daily leisure.
Validated in samplingMaterials and performance requirements are agreed before production.
Hydrolysis resistance, explained for buyers
Polyether-based PU resists hydrolysis far better than polyester-based PU in humid climates, during long sea freight and in extended warehouse storage. Density, rebound and outsole pairing are tuned by model and target market.
Upper material standards
Cow suede is hand-graded for nap consistency and colorfastness. Shearling-style linings are checked for density, bonding strength and shed resistance before cutting.
Confirm before production
Material claims are validated against the approved sample and documented test requirements — never marketing language.
